If you popped into the clinic’s Spring Open House you probably had an opportunity to try this tasty smoothie that Krista prepared.

1 cup water
1 cup coconut water
1 banana
1/2 cup mango (can be frozen)
1/2 cup pineapple (can be frozen)
2 cups spinach

Blend until smooth and enjoy! This recipe makes enough for a family of four to share. It’s a great way to start the day with some greens.

If you’re using this shake to provide more “staying power” between meals, add some protein. Hemp hearts make a great vegetarian protein source and can easily be added to this shake.
